Kerri is a Principal in Lowndes’ corporate and commercial team. Named an “Associate to watch” by Chambers Global, Kerri has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions and disposals. With broad corporate and commercial law experience, her practice is focused on transactional M&A matters and business establishment, restructuring and joint venture advisory work. Since joining Lowndes in 2011 Kerri has had a leading role in a significant number of the larger transactions the firm has advised on, both on buy and sell side, and on corporate refinancing matters.
Before joining Lowndes, Kerri worked in top-tier law firms both in New Zealand and internationally, and has experience working within commercial organisations as in-house counsel, including for Vector, Vodafone New Zealand and for BP Middle East. She has an honours law degree and a commerce degree, majoring in economics.
