Christine Brotherton
Head of People and Capability, Perpetual Guardian
Christine’s role is to develop innovative and inclusive people strategies in all aspects that relate to the company’s recruitment programme, organisational culture, employee relations and talent management. For over 135 years Perpetual Guardian has been providing New Zealanders with estate plans and providing certainty for their legacies – with Wills, Trusts, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Investment Advisory or Philanthropic ventures. The company’s 4 Day Working Week is an example of Perpetual Guardian’s wish to push the boundaries, and to challenge how we work.
Christine previously worked in senior HR roles for global professional services and financial services companies in New Zealand, UK and Japan.
Siobhan McKenna
CEO, Global Women
Siobhan has a broad background in business, including media, digital and utility sectors and was founder and CEO of MediaWorks Interactive. She has held leadership positions in a global management consulting company, working in a variety of international markets and has most recently been leading transformation initiatives in part of the education sector in New Zealand. Siobhan was also appointed a Future Director with Ports of Auckland in 2017.
Vincent Vuillard
Co-Founder & Director, FutureWork Studio
Vincent is the co-founder of FutureWork Studio, a company he started with fellow business leader Joanne Fair in response to the rapidly changing nature of work. Their aim is to create sustainable freelancing options for professionals while helping businesses upskill their workforce for the future. Vincent started his career as an Officer in the Armed Forces where he spent a decade leading teams in challenging situations. Vincent then transitioned to work for McKinsey & Company in New Zealand and Australia where his experience was applied in a number of large scale organisational transformations, with a particular focus on capability building and business execution. Vincent holds a Master of Science (MSc) from the Ecole Navale, an MBA from Melbourne University and is a graduate of the Executive programme at Singularity University in California.
